Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to new international customers who sign up for selected digital subscriptions through Stream Affairs.

Trial Period: Customers are entitled to a trial period during which they can access and use the subscribed services without any upfront payment. The trial period for most services is 24 hours. For IPTV services, the trial period is specifically 24 hours.

Payment: Payment for the subscribed services will be due within 12 months after the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial period ends. Customers will be notified in advance of the end of the trial period and the payment due date.

Billing: If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, customers authorize Stream Affairs to charge the payment method provided at the time of sign-up for the agreed-upon subscription fee.

Payment Period: Customers have up to 12 months after the end of the trial period to make payment to continue using the subscribed services. Failure to make payment within this period will result in suspension or termination of the subscription.

Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for charges incurred after the trial period ends. However, customers may request refunds in accordance with our refund policy, which is detailed separately on our website.
